"Hörschirinha" Platzhörsch cocktail

"Hörschirinha" the Platzhörsch COCKTAIL
Who doesn't know the good old "Caipirinha". But do you still want to swim with the 90s or are you in the mood for the new modern taste explosion?! The perfect freshness kick on hot summer days!
In a 300ml glass you mix:
- 6cl Platzhörsch liqueur
- 2 teaspoons brown cane sugar
- 1 lime
- crushed ice
- ginger ale
First cut the lime into 8 pieces. Place the eighths in a tumbler and use a pestle to squeeze out the lime juice. Add cane sugar and then fill up the glass with crushed ice. The Platzhörsch liqueur admit. Stir everything well and fill up the "Hörschirinha" with ginger ale. It is served with mint and a straw ;)
