"Hot deer" mulled wine recipe
Especially in the cold season you want to come home and drink something warm and delicious. The car is standing today anyway? Then the drink can also warm from the inside!
Ingredients:
- 1l white wine
- 100ml orange juice
- 4 oranges
- Cloves, star anise, cinnamon stick - to taste
- 50g brown sugar - can be more
- 100ml Platzhörsch liqueur
Place the white wine, spices, orange slices and orange juice in a saucepan and heat on low, but do not boil! Then add the Platzhörsch and the sugar and heat briefly again.
